Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of your data from our systems, follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email hello@velazmedia.com with subject: "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include: your full name, email address associated with our services, business name (if applicable), Meta ad account ID(s) if known (format: act_XXXXXXXXXX)
3. We confirm receipt within 48 hours
4. Data is deleted within 30 days
5. You receive confirmation when complete

Important Notes

• Some data may be retained for legal compliance (up to 7 years for tax and contractual records)
• Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained
• Deletion from our systems does not affect data in your Meta ad account, which you control through Meta Business Manager
• You can revoke our app's access at any time through Facebook Settings > Security and Login > Apps and Websites
