Legion Media Global INC ("Company," "we," "us," "our") operates the Legion Media API application (App ID: 2699017543789534). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information in connection with our application and services.

- Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, business name, billing information
- Information accessed through the Meta Marketing API under your authorization: ad account data, campaign performance metrics, lead form submissions, Page insights
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies
- Information from third-party service providers used in delivering our services

4. Meta Platform Data
We access advertising data through Meta's Marketing API under your explicit authorization via Meta Business Manager. Data accessed includes ad account information, campaign metrics, lead form submissions, and Page insights.
This data is used solely to provide services on behalf of the authorized account owner.
We do not use Meta platform data for any purpose unrelated to the services authorized by the account owner.
We do not sell Meta platform data to any third party.
We do not combine Meta platform data with third-party personal information in a manner that would identify individual end users.
We may retain aggregated, anonymized performance data that does not contain personally identifiable information.
Our use of Meta platform data is subject to and governed by the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Data accessed through the Meta Marketing API is retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 12 months, after which it is securely deleted.
We share Meta platform data only with: (a) the authorized account owner, (b) secure infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality obligations, and (c) as required by law.
Meta API access tokens are stored with minimum required permissions and revoked upon termination of services.
5. How We Share Your Information
- With Meta as required to operate through the Marketing API
- With third-party service providers who assist in delivering our services, bound by confidentiality obligations
- With payment processors for billing
- As required by law, regulation, or legal process
- We do not sell personal information
6. Data Retention
- Service-related data: retained for duration of service plus 12 months
- Billing and tax records: retained as required by applicable law (up to 7 years)
- Aggregated anonymized data: retained indefinitely
